To quickly and easily prepare an order from my list just use copy & paste.

First copy from the screen the item you want

then paste the copied item into an open e-mail or other program.

That's it !   For a more detailed description see below.




On the Personal Computer (PC) 
  1. Put your cursor just before the first character/letter you want to copy

  2. Holding down the LEFT mouse button, drag the cursor over the text you want to copy (the characters you select will 'highlight' as you drag your cursor over them)

  3. After selecting your text, release the left mouse button (your selected characters will remain highlighted)

  4. Put your cursor on the highlighted text then press the RIGHT mouse button

  5. A small menu of options appears when you press the right mouse button. One of the options is 'copy'. Select the copy option by clicking on it.

    You have now placed your selected text on the "clipboard". The copy process is complete

  6. Place your cursor where you want to PASTE the text you have on your clipboard. Put the cursor in an open e-mail, for example

  7. Press the RIGHT mouse button again

  8. A small menu of options appears when you press the right mouse button. One of the options is 'paste'. Select the paste option by clicking on it.

    The clipboard contents will be pasted at the current cursor position



On the Macintosh (Mac) 
  1. Put your cursor just before the first character/letter you want to copy

  2. Press and hold the mouse button while moving the cursor to select the text (your selection will 'highlight' as you move your cursor)

  3. To copy the highlighted text press the keys 'Edit/Copy or Command' and 'C' key together. The copy process is complete

  4. Place your cursor where you want to PASTE the copied text. Put the cursor in an open e-mail, for example

  5. To paste the text press the keys 'Edit/Paste or Command' and 'V' key together

    The text will be pasted at your current cursor position
